Temporary, part-time position (15-20 hours per week, June-August) assisting the HR team with scanning and organizing electronic and paper employee files.

Review and organize paper employee documents

Review and update electronic employee folders

Scan documents;
Rename and save documents in employee folders

Update documentation so that physical documents can be destroyed

Other related administrative

High school diploma or equivalent required

Computer skills, including internet, database navigation, and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work steadily and independently

Maintain privacy and confidentiality of records
