About Usis expanding its recruitment division, focused on connecting top-tier talent with high-quality permanent opportunities. We operate in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment where results are directly rewarded. We are now seeking entrepreneurial Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help us break into new accounts and generate requisitions for our recruiting team.
The OpportunityThis is a pure commission-based opportunity designed for self-starters who want uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for opening new client relationships and driving hiring demand (job requisitions) that our recruiters will fill.
This role is especially well-suited for:
- Experienced sales or recruiting professionals
- Individuals already employed full-time seeking supplemental income
- Anyone with a strong network or ability to generate new business quickly
- Identify and prospect new companies with hiring needs
- Build relationships with hiring managers, founders, and HR leaders
- Secure new permanent job requisitions for our recruitment team
- Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure smooth handoff of roles
- Consistently generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email, Linked In, calls, networking)
- 100% commission-based role
- High earning potential with uncapped commissions
- Commission rates are negotiable based on experience and performance
- Pay tied directly to successfully secured and worked requisitions
- Proven ability in sales, recruiting, or business development (preferred but not required)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills
- Comfortable working independently and on commission-only structure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation
- Ability to communicate and build trust quickly with decision-makers
- Experience in staffing/recruiting is a plus, but not required
- No ceiling on earnings
- Flexible schedule (work it alongside your current job if needed)
