Client Performance Manager – Workers Compensation & General Liability
The Client Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality aspects of a specific client’s Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance lines, including client service instructions, training, and litigation management initiatives. The role supports resolving client issues by working closely with the company’s Quality and Operations staff.
Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to client service instructions for WC and GL accounts.
- Oversee the Litigation Management program for Workers Compensation.
- Track and trend performance guarantee and gain share agreements at the client level.
- Ensure client’s claims reports are properly and timely prepared and distributed.
- Provide program training, communication, and maintenance of internal training documents.
- Analyze and communicate client‑specific operational audits; monitor client audit compliance.
- Work with company Quality and Operations staff to resolve client issues, including results of client Compass audits.
- Manage client‑specific internal control report issues.
- Compliance oversight:
Ensure timely payment of TTD, medical and vendor bills; ensure appropriate vendor utilization.
- Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including five (5) years of claims management and two (2) years of auditing experience. One (1) year of continuous service with the company is preferred.
- Experience with Workers Compensation and General Liability.
- Experience in Litigation Management.
Remote. Must be available during client hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET).

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. The range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 – $85,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
