My client is a $285M, 100% employee-owned construction company with over 75 years in the industry, operating out of offices in Bloomington (headquarters), Indianapolis, and Evansville. The organization operates through five divisions covering heavy highway work with Indiana Department of Transportation, heavy civil/site development, commercial building, design-build delivery, and transportation/logistics services. Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large scale commercial & education ground up projects from inception through completion
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong pipeline

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  
  - Vista and AutoCAD preffered
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
