Royal South Mazda Volvo - Parts & Service Assistant Description of the role:

Our Royal South Mazda Volvo Parts & Service departments are growing! We are creating this new position to support our team & most importantly, our customers! You will be responsible for assisting our Service department's incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, & customer contacts. You will also assist our Parts department with various duties such as checking in orders, pulling orders, inventory cycle counts, & learning how to look up parts.

This role will provide support to the Parts and Service departments by performing various daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Hourly compensation starting at $15 or more depending on experience. This position is flexible on total hours needed per week.

• Answer incoming Service phone calls and speaking professionally with our customers
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, verifying, and stocking parts and supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding parts and service
• Maintain records and documentation related to parts and service activities
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts and service department
• Driving customer's vehicles safely and properly

• Clean & valid drivers license
• Dependable & responsible
• Prior experience in automotvie or a customer service role is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Knowledge of automotive parts and service is a plus but not qualifying
• Ability to work well in a team environment
