Millikan Smiles is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice in Bloomington, IN. • $40 - $50 per hour
• - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Direct shift with no scheduled lunch break)

  Closed

• Licensure:
  Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Indiana.
• Education:
  
  Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Certifications:
  
  Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Communication:
  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Technical:
  Proficiency in digital dental charting and radiography.

• Experience:
  
  While entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply, previous clinical experience in a private practice setting is a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Experience with specific dental practice management software.
• Clinical Excellence: A proactive mindset regarding periodontal therapy and preventative care.

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments and periodontal charting.
• Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as required.
• Capture and interpret high-quality digital dental radiographs.
• Educate patients on proper home care techniques and nutritional counseling for oral health.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols.
