Overview
St. Charles Catholic School is seeking multiple full-time, faith-filled Instructional Assistants to work with elementary classroom teachers to support student needs for the 2026-27 school year. Instructional assistants support students in the general education classrooms throughout the building. The assistants will be responsible to the lead classroom teacher and administration for assigned support.
Responsibilities- Work under the guidance of the classroom teacher(s) to support students in general education classrooms.
- Work with small groups and provide intervention as needed.
- Assist students who might need extra support or enrichment.
- Prepare materials for lessons and complete various tasks needed throughout the school day.
- Support the lead classroom teacher and school administration as assigned.
- Teaching license is not required.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
