Mid-Senior level Systems Engineer

TSC is seeking an Systems Engineer in Bloomington, IN.

• Work with other engineers to document the design of each project.
• Support a project by creating trade studies, test strategy reports, diagrams, spreadsheets, and drawings as needed.
• Develop necessary schematics, programming guides, and other required documentation.
• Track project progress and design during lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3-10 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Self-driven.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.

• Understanding of electrical circuits and wiring.
• Software: NI LabVIEW, C, C++.
• Engineering management experience.
• Manage complex systems over their life cycles.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Excel.
• Systems Engineering background.
• 2+ years of applied engineering experience.
