• Drive the complete customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support and customer success.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POC).
• Support sales teams with solution positioning, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical consulting.
• Lead software implementation, onboarding, customer training, and technical enablement.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Mentor technical teams and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product engineering.

• Hands-on experience with the Cadence MSC Software Portfolio (MSC Nastran, MSC Adams, MSC Apex, Cradle CFD, MSC Marc, Actran, Digimat, Sim Manager, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of FEA, CFD, MBD, NVH, Durability, Material Modelling, Design Optimization, and Engineering Simulation.
• Experience with Creo, Solid Works, AutoCAD, and engineering CAD environments.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Engineering Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and Key Shot is an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, CAD/CAE, Engineering Simulation, Customer Success, or Technical Support
• Experience supporting Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Equipment customer.
