Polar Semiconductor is seeking an Equipment Engineer to monitor, sustain, and improve BEOL equipment in Bloomington, MN. You will partner with production, process, and maintenance teams to optimize PM frequencies and procedures, and coordinate with OEMs for parts and services.
The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, systematic problem solving, and documentation of all maintenance activities. Experience with AMAT Mira and Disco backlap is a plus.
