Associate Wealth Advisor

Partner with a wealth advisory team to deliver comprehensive financial planning and wealth management strategies for high-net-worth clients. This role combines client relationship management, financial planning, and mentoring responsibilities, ideal for an experienced, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored wealth management advice in collaboration with the advisory team
• Prepare customized financial plans and portfolios through research and analysis
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring needs and questions are addressed promptly
• Support team operations by executing client requests, updating records, and following up on open items
• Assist in acquiring new clients through strategic partnerships and community networks
• Commit to continuous education, training, and talent development; mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, accounting, legal, or similar roles
• Clean U4 with no disclosures

Skills & Knowledge

• Expertise in wealth management strategies including fee-based consulting, tax, mutual funds, insurance, and financial planning
• Experience serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Proficiency in financial planning and investment software (eMoney, Money Guide Pro)
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills
• Demonstrated talent development experience, including mentoring and training staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Base pay: $70,200 – $125,000/year (varies by location, experience, and skills)
• Eligibility for incentive programs subject to performance and program rules
