We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jr Financial Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data and making recommendations based on their findings. They will also be tasked with forecasting future financial trends and helping to shape our financial strategy.

This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about using data to drive decision‑making.

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business finance or other relevant experience.
• Proven work experience in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
