Physical Therapist Job Description
This position is a Flat Rate PRN role at South Region (Morgan, Bloomington, Bedford, and Paoli).
Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Assists patients in reaching maximum performance levels, supervises physical therapist assistants, support personnel, and students, and participates in activities supporting patient care, education, and department operations.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or foreign equivalent program accepted by Indiana PLA
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association; advanced life support may be required per unit/department specialty
