Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Join a Growing Home Health Team!We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Health team. - Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients in improving daily living and functional skills.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and adaptive techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations.
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice.
- Home health experience preferred, but not required.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent patient care.
