Interpret Banquet Event Order (BEO) documents and carry out event setup and service in alignment with the details provided;
Prepare banquet rooms for events, including setting tables, linens, dishes, glassware, and silverware;
Serve food and beverages to guests during events, following service standards;
Assist Poindexter Coffee as a barista when necessary
