Guest Service Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team! Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication.

Hours:

11 PM to 7 AM. Must be available to work weekends.

• Run the night audit and reset the operating system for the next day's business.
• Send out daily financial reports to the property and corporate team.
• Greet guests both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate guest check-in/check-out and assist guests with making reservations.
• Answer guest questions and assist guests with any problems they may experience.
• Monitor daily reservations and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
• Handle financial transactions (both cash and credit).
• Promptly assist with guest requests.
• Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure cleanliness of the property and perform light cleaning duties if needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the general manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout shift.
• Detail oriented.
• Professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.
