Houseperson

Collegiate Hotel Group® ,is seeking a Houseperson to join Graduate Bloomington and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans andmaintainsall hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells to meet quality standards
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, and vacuums, sweeps, and mopsfloors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposestrash
• Maintainslobby,elevators,stairways,hallways,andFront
  
  Deskareatoassure they are clean,neatand free of all rubbish anddebris
• Cleans andmaintainspublic restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests
• Restroomsmustbeinspectedonceperhourtoassure theyremainneat andclean
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishesfixturesand cleans ashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request andassistsin cleaning guest rooms as needed
• Greets guests in a warm and authentic fashion
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
