Job Summary Department-Specific Responsibilities
  • Enhances Kelley's competitive undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs by partnering with high-profile companies in aconsultative approach to optimize recruitment strategies for hiring

    Kelley talent.
  • Builds, strengthens, and expands employer relationships acrossspecialized industries.
  • Supports employers and oversees hundreds of on-campus interview schedules and recruiting events each semester through asophisticated technology platform.
  • Collaborates with employer partners to develop and enhance their recruiting brand strategy.
  • Exercises discretion in crafting personalized recruitingstrategies tailored to a company's size, culture, and goals.
  • Conducts employer visits and leverages deep knowledge of the Kelley portfolio, student interests, and recruiting trends to buildand maintain strong employer relationships.
  • Identifies and researches potential employers for Kelley by analyzing industry trends, employer needs, Kelley curriculum, and student interests.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Kelley programs and curriculum to effectively promote the Kelley School and itsprestigious programs to employers recruiting Kelley students.
  • Creates materials, processes, and online resources foremployers and students.
  • Collects and analyzes recruiting and outcome data from employer and student surveys to inform future initiatives, programs, and strategies.
  • Collaborates with faculty, program chairs, career coaches,advising staff, and campus partners to support Kelley students'career success.
  • Manages a high-touch, high-tech recruiting program that meetsthe needs of students and employers while upholding Kelley School'scommitment to exceptional customer service.
General Responsibilities
  • Plans, coordinates, and markets on-campus recruitment events toconnect students with potential employers.
  • Manages relationships with employers and alumni through regular communication.
  • Implements large-scale and/or off-campus events and participates in planning, employer relations, student marketing,event execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinates the logistics and scheduling of information sessions, on-campus interviews, class presentations, and networking events hosted by the career center, featuring alumni and employerrepresentatives.
  • Oversees the online job and internship posting process andmakes critical decisions during the review process to ensure allpostings adhere to office and campus policies.
  • Develops, interprets, and enforces policies pertinent tothird-party recruiting and other employment conditions.
