Senior IT PMO Manager

As Senior IT PMO Manager, you will shape how technology projects are prioritized, governed, and delivered across the business. You will lead a team of Project and Program Managers, establish best practices, strengthen delivery standards, and partner with senior IT and business leaders to drive successful execution of our global IT portfolio.

• Lead the IT PMO, setting project management standards, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Manage the IT project portfolio, resource planning, and delivery quality across global initiatives.
• Develop and coach a team of Project and Program Managers.
• Establish project reporting, portfolio metrics, and executive dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, testing, and quality assurance.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to align priorities and deliver business value.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
• 5+ years leading complex, global technology projects.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies (PMI PMBOK, Scrum, PRINCE2).

• Experience leading an IT PMO or project delivery organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Agile certifications.
• Experience with portfolio management tools such as One Plan, Service Now, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience driving organizational change and delivery process improvements.

Competitive annual salary ranging from $123,800 to $162,450, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
