As Senior IT PMO Manager, you will shape how technology projects are prioritized, governed, and delivered across the business. You will lead a team of Project and Program Managers, establish best practices, strengthen delivery standards, and partner with senior IT and business leaders to drive successful execution of our global IT portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the IT PMO, setting project management standards, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Manage the IT project portfolio, resource planning, and delivery quality across global initiatives.
- Develop and coach a team of Project and Program Managers.
- Establish project reporting, portfolio metrics, and executive dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, testing, and quality assurance.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to align priorities and deliver business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
- 5+ years leading complex, global technology projects.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies (PMI PMBOK, Scrum, PRINCE2).
- Experience leading an IT PMO or project delivery organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Agile certifications.
- Experience with portfolio management tools such as One Plan, Service Now, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience driving organizational change and delivery process improvements.
Competitive annual salary ranging from $123,800 to $162,450, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
