- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with organizational standards.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support Kubernetes cluster administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Implement service mesh, ingress controllers, and container security practices.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Improve platform reliability, availability, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with Development, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.
- Provide guidance on cloud-native architecture and Dev Ops best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, or CircleCI.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell Script, or Power Shell.
- Experience with Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Experience implementing Dev Sec Ops and security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
- Certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer
- Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
