This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Bloomington, IN, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify their insurance needs, selling appropriate insurance products, and providing expert guidance on insurance options and retirement planning strategies. The Insurance Agent will also maintain strong customer relationships, process insurance applications, and stay informed about industry trends and new products.

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Finance principles and ability to provide financial guidance
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses in the insurance industry are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
