We prioritize our clients legal matters, advocating for them in state and federal courts across various types of litigation.

You will be responsible for tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, representing clients in court proceedings, and exploring alternative dispute resolution methods. While the role is primarily located in Greater Indianapolis & Bloomington, there is flexibility for a hybrid schedule. You will gain extensive experience with clients that come to us from across Indiana and nationwide.
We are currently seeking candidates licensed to practice in Indiana, or recently graduated with a J.D.:
- A recently licensed attorney up to an attorney with (ideally) 3 years of experience to research and analyze complex issues of law in the areas of commercial litigation, probate matters, and insurance personal injury cases.
- An attorney with at least 2 years of experience who can manage, with minimum supervision, between 20-30 commercial and insurance defense cases with an estimated range in value of $20,000 to $100,000.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar, licensed to practice in Indiana.
- Experience in personal injury law or estate planning is preferred but not required.
- Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Lexis-Nexis or similar platforms.
- Excellent legal drafting abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and advocate for clients' interests.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a law office setting is advantageous.
- Legal research, motions, and deposition preparation skills
- Experience representing clients in various courts
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and protocols
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with the state bar association
