• Organize workload throughout the department to maximize efficiency and meet company goals.
• Adhere to and manage procedures, processes, and work instructions.
• Monitor individual and team productivity and drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and coaching.
• Research and resolve problems, and initiate efforts to prevent recurrence by addressing root causes.
• Successfully implemented continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce company policies and required attendance guidelines.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are maintained.
• Ensure QEHS objectives and targets are met.
• Provide productivity and efficiency reporting for all operational departments.
• Provide customers with effective communication and data.
• Motivate and lead departments to effective problem solving and ensure ongoing staff development.
• Open or close the warehouse at the beginning and end of assigned shifts, or outside normal working hours as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree and/or 5+ years of supervisory experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a proactive manner.
• Work effectively in a multi-task environment.
• Knowledge of production and workflow procedures and familiarity with quality control standards.
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to train and work with a diverse employee population.
• Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems;
  Microsoft Excel proficiency a plus.

• General warehouse environment.
• Moderate noise level.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality.

• Ability to see, speak, hear, write, and understand English.
• Readable and accurate simple math and legible writing.
• Capable of standing, stooping, bending, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Monday – Friday 6:30am – 4:00pm; additional hours as necessary to meet production demands.
