Provide direction, training and leadership to breakfast shift team to exceed customer expectations and achieve daily goals;
Oversee daily breakfast operations ensuring high service standards and efficiency;
Develop and mentor Crew and Shift Supervisors to build bench strength and leadership within the team;
Maintain a positive and productive team atmosphere during all breakfast shifts;
Support management in achieving budgeted sales and profitability targets for the breakfast period
