Overview

The iMRI Strategy Enablement (SE) team is a high-complexity, cross-functional organization operating across the US and Europe. Managing 8+ roles, a multi-year commercial plan, industry partnerships, COE activations, and a capital-intensive sales cycle creates significant operational coordination demands that, without dedicated ownership, fall on the Director and individual team members, reducing time available for strategy and customer-facing work. The Project Manager 2, iMRI is responsible for the operational backbone of the SE team.

This role ensures that the commercial pipeline is visible and moving, that cross-functional alignment is structured and consistent, and that the tools, systems, and content infrastructure of the SE team are organized and optimized. The GPM works closely with the Director to translate strategy into operational execution and serves as the connective tissue across Marketing, Market Development, CBSM, BOEMs, and the Clinical Training function.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

CRM & Commercial Funnel Management:

  • Own the SE team's CRM discipline, maintaining pipeline visibility, tracking account progression through the funnel, and flagging gaps or stalls to the Director and relevant team members
  • Build and maintain dashboards and/or reporting cadences that give the Director and leadership real-time visibility into commercial performance
  • Collaborate with BOEMs and the CBSM to ensure account data is accurate, complete, and actionable

SharePoint, Tools & Systems:

  • Own the SE SharePoint architecture, designing, organizing, and maintaining the team's document libraries, project spaces, and knowledge base
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and systems that improve SE team efficiency (e.g., project tracking, collaboration platforms, reporting tools)
  • Serve as the SE team's point of contact for teams across the organization

Team Alignment & Operational Coordination:

  • Plan and manage all SE team alignment calls, setting agendas, preparing materials, capturing decisions, and tracking follow-through
  • Maintain the SE operational calendar, ensuring key milestones, events, and deliverables are visible and coordinated across functions
  • Support the Director in preparing for leadership reviews, cross-functional meetings, and strategic planning sessions

Accountability & Escalation:

  • Monitor progress against SE commitments and deliverables across all team members
  • Identify and escalation delays, misalignments, or resource gaps to the Director through a structured escalation process, bringing visibility and proposed solutions, not just problems
  • Support the Director in defining and maintaining team operating standards, decision process, and ways of working

*** Key Relationships:

  • Director, Strategy Enablement (primary)
  • All SE team members (Marketing, Market Development, CBSM, BOEMs, Clinical Training)
  • Cook internal functions: HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Sales
  • Siemens Healthineers (limited, operational coordination only)
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, operations, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, commercial operations, or program coordination, preferably in education, medical device, healthcare, or a complex B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and hold stakeholders accountable without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working directly with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in team management and cross functional alignments on education or medical devices
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training
