Position Overview

The Manager, Regional Operations is responsible for the overall operations of their assigned portfolio. The Regional Manager’s role is to train and develop their onsite Community Managers, and ensure effective operations of all site-level functions. They are responsible for leading their teams on implementation of the business plan to ensure the financial health of each asset, and achieving all financial and physical goals.

The Regional Manager will model effective leadership behavior to all onsite team members, leveraging and championing Core Space’s values:

What You Will Do
  • Responsible for executing the business plan for their assigned Communities, and acts as an advisor for team member development and corrective action when necessary.
  • Provides direct management, leadership, and support to their assigned Community Managers to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed according to best practice.
  • Upholding communication cadence with onsite team and weekly review of all Key Performance Metrics, reporting deliverables, project deadlines, and overall leasing, marketing, fiscal, and physical goals.
  • Acts as the key point of contact between Mission Control and the on-site teams.
  • Collaborates with corporate support teams to execute on the short-term and long-term business plans for the assigned communities, and makes strategic recommendations as required
  • Regularly assesses leasing performance at the site level, and reviews key performance metrics to identify needs for training, marketing, pricing, incentives and makes recommendations for strategy to appropriate parties
