Weekly Day Range: Monday to Friday w/ Weekend Availability as Needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health by monitoring sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, customer satisfaction/retention, and handling P&L responsibility.
• Adhere and comply with all company policies, rules, and regulations as established.
• Maintain a strong relationship between the store and the surrounding community.
• Utilize recruiting tools and sound interview techniques to build a strong team with high retention.
• Develop employee schedules effectively to meet operational needs.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, to include appropriate resolution of customer complaints.
• Maintain a safe workplace environment by adhering to all safety procedures.
• Foster a positive store culture, treating teammates fairly and with respect.
• Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained.
• Maintain a strong relationship between the store and the surrounding community.
• Hold store meetings as required.

Job Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license w/ safe driving record
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Extensive knowledge of auto repair/maintenance procedures and trends
• Proven leadership with skills in management, training, and team development
• Familiarity with warehouse safety, equipment maintenance, and best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Commitment to meeting the needs of a diverse customer base
• High level of professional integrity and customer service
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and store performance analysis
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED Required

Experience Requirements:

• Management: 3 Years (Required)
• Customer Service 1-3 Years (Required)

Physical Demands:

• Stand and sit continuously and perform job functions for a full 8-hour shift w/ lunch break
• Lift and/or move tires weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance
• Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and stretching
