Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cutter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and fabrication, with hands-on experience operating various machinery and tools. This role is crucial for ensuring precision in cutting materials for production processes, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate cutting equipment and machinery to accurately cut materials according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on cutting tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the setup of machinery and tools for various cutting tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials are stored properly.
- Support other departments as needed, including fabrication, welding, and concrete finishing tasks.
- Safely Operate overhead crane (training available).
- Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and concrete mixers.
- Excellent understanding of pattern geometry.
- Knowledge of machining processes and fabrication techniques is desirable.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding material handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $19.50-28 per hour
