We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machinery and possess strong technical abilities.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Make adjustments to machine settings and code as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Inspect finished products for quality control
Qualifications:
- Understand work, tool, and offset geometry
- Experience with CNC machinery and CAD software
- Moderate programming skills for CNC operations including g code understanding
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
- Proficient in blueprint reading for accurate production
- Understanding of quality control processes
