Manufacturing Production Lead

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced manufacturing equipment, including lasers, 3D printers, and milling machines
• Produce high-quality metal and rubber molds while maintaining strict quality standards
• Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Assist in managing a small production team and help establish a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Cross‑train team members across multiple manufacturing processes
• Lead the setup, installation, and commissioning of 2–3 new pieces of advanced manufacturing equipment
• Work directly with equipment manufacturers to improve machine performance, efficiency, and production capabilities
• Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience working with CNC equipment, lasers, 3D printers, milling machines, or similar advanced manufacturing technology is preferred
• Prior leadership or management experience is a plus but not required
• Proven track record of reliability, accountability, and continuous learning

Location: Bloomington, IN

Position Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
