Student Ministry Logistics Coordinator

AS THE STUDENT MINISTRY LOGISTICS COORDINATOR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Supporting the Student Ministry Team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure that attendance, credit card statements, and other tasks are completed on time.
• Oversee the communication process in physical, digital, and social media.
• Work with the team to plan and execute events.
• Manage Interns – oversight of tasks, book studies, etc.
• Inviting and scheduling volunteers to serve.
• Reserving classes/building spaces in adherence to student ministry events.
• Being present for volunteers, students, and parents during student ministry programming.

• Participating in Next Gen/Student Ministry vision casting, policy development, and event planning.
• Aiding in inviting, retaining, and supporting all Student Ministry volunteers.
• Setting up and maintaining clean, professional, and safe environments.
• Developing training materials for volunteers and hosting training events.
• Communicating Student Ministry news, policies, updates, etc., to families and volunteers.
• Understanding the importance of being a direct representation of Christ’s love and adhering to the student ministry covenant and SOCC’s staff values.

• ENSURE ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS ARE COMPLETED APPROPRIATELY:
  Track hours, complete credit card statements, and check requests.
• MANAGE BUDGET RESPONSIBLY:
  Steward the Student Ministry annual budget that prioritizes and advances the Sherwood Oaks mission and vision.
• CONTRIBUTE TO A POSITIVE RELATIONAL ENVIRONMENT:
  Fully engage in direct reports with your supervisor;
  Effectively lead and engage in appropriate staff and volunteer meetings
