We are seeking a Senior Pastor who has a strong heart to shepherd our congregation; aligns with our vision, mission and doctrine; is passionate about every generation represented in our church and school; and has a desire and vision to reach the lost with the hope of Christ.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Cast and lead vision and direction which fulfills the mission/vision/purpose (MVP) of Clear Creek to open the eyes of generations to the hope of Christ, seeking to become a home of hope and healing where lives are transformed by the gospel, by bridging the gap for those close to us but far from God through:  + Cultivating a culture of prayer and obedience to the Holy Spirit  + The Weekend Gathering  + Life Changing Relationships  + Surrendered Living
* Lead, develop, and model the shepherding and pastoral care of Clear Creek through emotionally, spiritually, healthy leadership.
* Work with the Executive Pastor to reflect, evaluate and make recommendations to the Leadership Team and/or Elders for future development of ministry.
* Ensure direction of the vision through cultivating and mobilizing the leadership development of Clear Creek’s elder board and deacons with the Elder Chair.
* Lead the development and activation of the Weekend Gathering by:  + Developing the preach plan  + Ensuring the development of the preach series shepherds the church body towards Jesus through activating our MVP, connecting service flow to lead towards reflection and response, assist with creative elements, etc.
* Champion the partnership with the Christian school and our commitment to generational family ministry.### Requirements

* Biblically sound, grace-filled teaching that cultivates spiritual maturity.
* Wisdom from emotional maturity.
