Overview
Indiana University Health is looking for passionate, experienced nurses and upcoming or recent RN graduates to join our team and collaborate with top medical professionals. Part and full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. The Level III NICU functions within the Perinatal & Pediatric Services Center in Bloomington Hospital. This unit has 21 beds and provides care to babies 26 weeks gestation and above.
With the facility having been established in December 2021, we use state‑of‑the‑art technology to provide the best patient care possible.
All shifts will be required to pick up 2 on‑call shifts every six weeks.

- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Holds an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they have more than two years of acute‑care experience; such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient‑care policies.
