Proactive MD is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for PRN hours at our clinics in Bloomington, Spencer, Nashville, and Martinsville, IN. This role requires a Master's degree (MSN) and at least 1 year of experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment. The ideal candidate is licensed in Indiana, holds a Family Nurse Practitioner certification, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
