Position: Registered Nurse - 3E ICU- FT Nights

Shift: Full-time, Nights

3E ICU is a medical intensive care unit that sees a wide range of patient populations including Trauma, ENT, Neuro, Neurosurgery, Sepsis, DKA, OB Emergencies, General Surgery, Nephrology, GI, etc. The unit has 16 beds at IU Health Bloomington Regional Academic Health Center. The weekend rotation for full-time and part-time team members occurs every 3rd weekend, with a scheduled holiday rotation included.

Our general staffing model includes a charge nurse, staff nurses, and patient care assistants for additional support.

Qualifications
  • Requires 1 year RN experience.
  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
    Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
