What You Will Do- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Current, active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current, active CPR certification.
- Customer‑service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
- Excellent assessment and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay Range:
Up to $47.00 per hour.
