Overview
Full-time roles are eligible for a sign-on bonus, the amount of which is dependent upon FTE. We have an exciting opportunity available at the Riley Outpatient Center in Bloomington, IN. The clinic is a multi‑specialty, pediatric outpatient facility looking for a patient-focused registered nurse to join our small, dedicated team. Pediatric experience is preferred, and candidates with prior outpatient clinic experience are highly desired.
The role requires effective written and verbal communication, teamwork, and strong customer‑service skills. Friendly, multi‑tasking nurses are especially welcome.
Office
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The schedule is 3 days per week with no weekend work.

Qualifications- Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they have more than two years of relevant clinical experience; such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- May require ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
- Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
