Position Overview

Bloomington, Illinois – CRNA opportunity with OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, a Level II trauma center that offers six operating rooms, a da Vinci Surgical System and Mako Robotic‑Assisted Technology. The hospital is accredited, magnet and recognized as a top U.S. hospital.

• Pre‑anesthesia assessment and verification of patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Continuous monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition.
• Perform clinical interventions as needed.
• Perform regional blocks.

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

• Various schedule options including 24‑hour shifts (when available).
• Only 24‑hr CRNAs take call in‑house.

• Salary $285,000 annually.
• Sign‑on bonus $75,000.
