Responsibilities
- Determine donor eligibility and manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results.
- Work under guidance of Center Manager/Assistant Manager and Center Physician for medical issues.
- Familiarize with regulations of plasma collection industry or manufacturing environment.
- Follow guidance from Bio Life Medical Affairs and provide center‑level support for environmental, health and safety (EHS).
- Perform medical emergency SOPs, including development of Standing Orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
- Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for unacceptable findings or medical/technical issues.
- Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
- Manage employee incidents and determine further evaluation required by occupational health/ER; refer to EHS guidance.
- Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations for pandemic threats.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate equivalent of a recognized nursing program with state requirements.
- Currently licensed or certified in the state of assignment: LPN or LVN.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
- Complete FDA approved training for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
- Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $23.04 - $31.68
