Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, and document care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Explain procedures, prepare patients for diagnostic tests, and support recovery.
• Maintain safety standards, follow infection control protocols, and advocate for patient needs.
• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure smooth patient transitions.
• Manage multiple patients efficiently, prioritize care, and perform other duties within scope.

• Minimum one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification; NIHSS and ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients, with visual and motor coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively.
