Nursing Position
This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Job DescriptionThe role involves providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and support while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Current nursing license in the state of practice.
- Completion of the Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam.
- Basic Rhythm Interpretation skills.
- Documentation of completed personal health history requirements.
- Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam.
- Criminal background checks and driver's license verification.
This is a 13-week contract position.
