• Properly using and maintaining facility equipment

• Responding promptly to residents' needs and concerns, including call lights
• Respecting residents' privacy and providing care as directed by care plans and nursing staff
• Supporting residents' comfort and helping them achieve their highest level of functioning
• Participating in data collection for accurate documentation and care planning
• Providing input to nurses for developing individualized care plans

• Current, in-good-standing CNA certification in the state
• No findings related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property in the registry
