Indiana University Health System Bloomington is seeking an RN to provide in-home visits for patients enrolled in the Hospital at Home program. You will join an interdisciplinary team and deliver one-on-one, patient-centered care including infusions, line and catheter care, wound care, VAC management and chronic disease education within a 30‑mile radius of Bloomington.
Requires an ASN; a BSN is preferred, active Indiana RN license, and BLS certification.
