Position Summary
- Postdoctoral Researcher – Cognitive Science/Cognitive Neuroscience Indiana University Bloomington Departments of Psychological & Brain Sciences Position Overview Dr. Bonnie Nozari's lab has an open position for a postdoctoral fellow to conduct research on projects examining the architecture of the language production system and its interaction with other cognitive systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in experimental design and familiarity with computational models of language production.
Experience with cognitive neuroscience methods is a plus.
Job Duties 100% – Research The postdoctoral fellow is expected to spearhead research projects, from conceptualization (in collaboration with the PI) to design, data collection, analysis, and dissemination. Undergraduate research assistants will be available to help in several of these stages.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related field by the start date. Proficiency in programming, including designing and running online studies. A record of scholarly productivity, including at least two first-author publications in the past five years
Preferred Qualifications (not required for applying) - Experience with computational modeling. Expertise in neuroimaging

Work Schedule:
Full-time, on-campus. Initial Appointment: 1 year, with potential for renewal for a second year based on performance and funding
