Being a maurices full‑time retail store manager means you’ll lead a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 members of management. You will create an unforgettable customer experience, driving sales, loyalty, and talent development.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.

• Previous management experience required; specialty retail store management experience preferred.
