Key Responsibilities:

• Select and gather products for online orders while ensuring quality and freshness.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver groceries to customers' cars upon their arrival.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on order status and addressing any substitutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas and adhere to food safety standards.
• Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer orders accurately.
• Assist in training new team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
• Meet and exceed productivity standards while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and without supervision.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and order processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a personal shopper, cashier, or in a warehouse or production environment.
