Part-Time Assistant Store Manager

You'll play a pivotal role in crafting an extraordinary shopping experience for our customers while supporting a dynamic store leadership team. Use your fandom knowledge to help train new team members and ensure our customers find the merchandise they adore.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers coming back for more. Your extensive product knowledge and customer service skills will leave a lasting impression.
• Troubleshoot and provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed, stepping in to ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close the store as required, being entrusted with key responsibilities.
• Engage in sales transactions at the register and utilize your fandom expertise to enhance sales through additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup, while managing registers accurately.
• Be familiar with the store sales plan, understand comp sales goals, and key KPIs, including UPT and ADT.
• Assist with store layout changes and merchandising strategies to create appealing displays.
• Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and HQ partners to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Work collaboratively with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain store integrity.
• Help organize and maintain the stock room and sales floor to create a welcoming environment.
• Support the development of a collaborative and enthusiastic team alongside your leadership.
• Engage in any other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.

• A minimum of 1 year of retail store experience, especially if you're a music and pop culture enthusiast!
• Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a passion for developing team members.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and handle boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
