Job Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Field Service Representative tasked with installing and updating sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and other merchandising components for leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Travel up to 90 miles from home; mileage and drive time reimbursed. Work Monday–Friday; weekend or early‑morning shifts may be required as needed.

• Respond promptly to field services management, typically within 24 hours of contact.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date availability information.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures, following planograms and client requests.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site.
• Maintain and update displays, ensuring full functionality through break‑fix repairs.
• Participate in early‑morning and team installations (2+ people), providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed to achieve shared goals.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete all required training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as required.

• Age 18 or older; must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, or late‑night availability as needed. Must maintain at least 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel/walk/crouch/bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
• Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email; proficiency using a smartphone for clocking in/out, photographing, uploading, and using applications.
• Education:
  
  high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail/merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Preferred experience:
  
  installation and merchandising; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Technology: own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Training: complete all training assignments within the designated timeframe; work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Leadership & communication: superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation, sound decision‑making, good judgment, problem‑solving, and excellent time‑management and reporting.

• $16.50 per hour.
• Daily Pay next‑day pay on demand.

• Work Monday‑Friday; weekends not required, but may be scheduled as needed.
