Associate level retail associate supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences at JD Finish Line. This role plays a key part in shaping store success and contributing to company growth. • Customer Experience – create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance – drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence – participate in daily operations such as inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance; ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration – work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and operational goals, while adhering to store policies and procedures.
• Additional duties and projects as required.

• Proven experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer‑centric focus and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Weekly availability with a mix of mornings, afternoons, evenings; weekends and holidays as required.

• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies.

• Clear spoken and written English, basic math in English, and reading proficiency to handle business tasks and sales reports.

Requires prolonged standing (4–14 hours per day); stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling; may climb ladders or stairs; lift 5–25 lbs regularly (sometimes heavier). Requires good vision, including color differentiation. Work environment is moderately noisy.

Store Associate pay range: $11.41–$11.91 per hour; eligible for company 401(k) plan.
